Welcome,
You Are In the right place!
Susan's luxury in-home sleep support is available exclusively to families in the Washington DC, Arlington, Alexandria, and Northern Virginia area delivering personalized, hands-on support designed to deliver measurable sleep improvements.

This is not generic sleep training.
This is strategic, compassionate, results-driven and tailored support for busy families who want lasting results delivered directly to your home.

I intentionally accept a limited number of families each month to ensure attentive, personalized support.

Why In-Home Support Changes Everything

Sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all and neither are families.
My work is intentionally different from other sleep consultants as I offer families both immediate relief AND long term transformation because I know that sleep changes over time and you need an expert to guide you through those changes. Hi, that’s me, I’m the sleep expert!

I provide in-home sleep support for babies and young toddlers ages 1-30 months because sleep challenges don’t magically disappear: Regressions, transitions, toddler boundaries, sibling dynamics, and parental exhaustion all require a level of nuance that can be completely overwhelming.

Being in your home allows me to bring calm and clarity to your doorstep. I am not just supporting your child, I am supporting you. Sleep work can be emotional - I bring lived experience, deep empathy, and steady reassurance so you never feel alone in the process.

This is hands-on, concierge-level care for families who want more than instructions. You want confidence, peace of mind, and a trusted guide through every phase of sleep. That is where I come in.

I’m an experienced sleep coach, and mom, who has worked with dozens of families from all over the world. And now, I bring that expertise directly into your home.

So, what’s next? Let’s get you started!

Step 1: Schedule an evaluation call

We’ll start with a 15-minute call so I can learn more about you, your baby, and your goals. This also gives us a chance to see if my support is the right fit for your family.

Step 2: Complete Your Questionnaire

You’ll fill out a short questionnaire that helps me understand your baby’s current feeding and sleep patterns. This gives me a clear picture of what’s going on so I know how to support your family. I use this information to create your child’s sleep plan.

Step 3: Plan walk through

We’ll review your child’s support plan either during a live session or via a personalized recording. During the walk through, I’ll explain everything you need to know about our plan of action. And, of course, we can make tweaks and edits to the plan as necessary to ensure it is the right fit for your baby and family.
Step 4: Get Sleep

I will arrive to your home at an agreed upon time, usually between 6-7 p.m. After having some time to settle in and get to know your little one, I will walk through each component of the bedtime routine offering reassurances and recommendations right there. When it is time for your child to go to sleep, I can support you through the process or take over for you so you can wind down. As the work unfolds, I will teach you in live time what your child is doing and what their settling cues are. You will never be wondering “is this right?” because I will be there to assist through challenges and high 5 or hug at success! I will stay at your home until 6-7 am when we will have a debriefing session. Even when I leave your home, I will be available to you via text to support you through the next phases of the process.

Step 5: Celebrate!

We will work together for up to four weeks (for infants) or until your baby is 12 weeks for Newborns. At the end of our time together, you’ll feel more rested, more reassured, and equipped with tools to help your baby sleep well. We will wrap up our time with an ask me anything call to go over any lingering questions and talk through what the future transitions, and the reassurance that I am here for you when you need me!
Do you work with everyone who wants in-home support?
No, I don't. Just like you, I am selective on who I work with and whose home
I go into. I have additional requirements that need to be met for in-home
support families to ensure everyone's safety.

What time will you get to my house?
For overnight support, typically between 6-7 p.m. For daytime support,
I will arrive to your home around 8 a.m.

Are you vaccinated?
Yes, I am fully vaccinated on up to date on all vaccines. The LAST thing I want to do is expose you or your baby to illness. I am very diligent about my health and always err on the side of caution and will reschedule if necessary.

Do I need to cook for you or feed you while you're at my house?
Absolutely not! In fact, please don't go out of your way in any way - don't cook, clean, or do anything you wouldn't already be doing. I will have already eaten or will bring my own food.

If I don't book In-Home support initially and then decide that we want it, can we add it on?
The most challenging night of this work is typically the first night which is why my In-Home support is typically on the first night. This allows me to demonstrate the strategy and support you through any hiccups. While you can add on In-Home support after booking your original package, it will be a higher price point and your preferred date/night may not be available as families who book the package have schedule priority. Most families recognize the value and savings when booking within a package.

Where do you usually sleep for overnights?
I do require a safe place to sleep. Ideally that would be my own bedroom but a couch is fine too. Easy access to the nursery is preferred.

Do I need to be there?
While I do require you there in the beginning and to be physically in the home overnight, you do not need to be present for the work. I will do it all for you if you are comfortable with that!

Will there be times you may need my help?
Yes, definitely, If you are still nursing your baby and it is time for a feed, I will come get you. If I need your assistance to support a nap in a specific way, I will come get you.

Do you help with lactation and feeding support?
I offer basic feeding assistance and support on how to schedule and structure your feeds. However if you have specific feeding needs, I recommend contacting a lactation consultant.
Do you use the cry-it-out method?
No, I do not use Cry It Out. However, crying is involved. The methods I choose for each baby and family are based on the individual needs and goals of the family.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! If you have multiple children needing support at the same time, enjoy a 50% discount on the lower cost plan.

What about twins and multiples?
There is only an additional $50 fee per multiple.
