In Home Support

Newborn - 23 months old

Welcome,

You Are In the right place!

Hi, I’m Susan! I help families with children from birth to 2.5 years old enjoy uninterrupted nights and smoother days through personalized, in-home support designed to bring calm and confidence back into your home. Your child, no matter the age, can fall asleep on their own and sleep well overnight (babies 13+ lbs sleeping 10+ hours overnight!). With concierge in home support, I offer hands-on support that shows you exactly how to respond confidently to your child’s sleep and behavior needs in real time.

You are tired of being overwhelmed. You are tired of being anxious and frustrated. You want to enjoy your baby, but the lack of sleep is making you resent your baby. You are struggling at work and need to make changes as soon as possible but just don’t know where to turn or know what is realistic.

I’m an experienced sleep coach, and mom, who has worked with dozens of families from all over the world. And now, I bring that expertise directly into your home.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You are feeling overwhelmed in the moment and freezing up when baby is crying and nothing seems to work.

  • You’ve put in all the research on how to sleep train your child, but now you are second guessing every move wondering “Am I doing this right?” and wish you could have real-time reassurance.

  • You are exhausted of trying to troubleshoot in the middle of the night when the baby is up again which will ultimately lead to frustration and short tempers the following day.

  • You purchased an online sleep training course only to discover that it is generic and does not take into account your baby’s unique personality or family needs.

  • You have multiple children and understanding how to help one child while also having a good plan for the others is too much to think through when you are already stressed.

  • You tried sleep training a few times, but each attempt ended in YOUR tears and bringing your baby back into your bed each time with you wishing there was someone who could just do this for you.

If this is your reality, you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Imagine this instead…

  • No more guessing - you will have me right there showing you what to do as things unfold.

  • No more wondering - I will give you real time reassurances so you know that you are doing it right.

  • No more waiting - Get your questions answered in the moment.

  • Hands-on coaching - If you are ready to finally get a good nights sleep without worry, I will handle it all for you and fill you in in the morning!

  • When we are officially done with our work together, you will be confident in your child’s daily schedule (including feedings) knowing when it is ok to skip a nap or alter bedtime.

What I do

Sleep training can be overwhelming, especially when you are running on very little sleep. Instead of you trying to remember everything from a call or a guide, I’m right there beside you, observing, supporting, and making real-time adjustments that fit your baby and your family’s unique needs. Together, we’ll gather the right information and put intentional strategies into practice so you can see progress right away.

I work closely with you in the moment showing you what to do, answering questions as they come up, and ensuring every step we take is in your child’s best interest and aligned with your family dynamics.

With my In Home Support, I offer the opportunity for me to coach you through the process or I will do the work for you so you can catch up on some zzzs.

This is for you if…

  • You're a parent to a child/children newborn - 2.5 years old in the crib.

  • Want hands-on, in-the-moment guidance instead of just written plans or phone calls.

  • Feel overwhelmed by exhaustion and need an expert right there to step in and help.

  • Are tired of second-guessing every choice and want real-time reassurance that they’re doing it right.

  • Are ready to invest in support that gives tangible results quickly.

  • You want confidence in your parenting decisions and tools that actually work.

  • Crave the peace of mind of knowing someone is walking alongside them until their child’s sleep feels manageable.

This is not for you if…

  • Your child is over 2.5 years old or is no longer in their crib. This is because the presence of a stranger can be more alarming for the child making everything so much harder (please check out my toddler/preschool virtual support!)

  • You’re not willing to try new approaches or follow guidance.

  • You’re looking for a quick fix without commitment.

  • You are co-sleeping and you want to continue to cosleep.

  • You live outside the DMV

As a mom myself, I know what it is like to be sleep deprived AND raise your family AND work a demanding full time job. And I know it doesn’t have to be this way. You and your entire family can get the rest you need and deserve. Imagine baby falling asleep in their crib within 15 minutes and  sleeping 10+ hours overnight? Imagine your newborn being able to sleep 4-5 hour stretches at night without bouncing them to sleep again and again and again. Imagine enjoying bedtime with your toddler and preschooler knowing that they will fall asleep and sleep through the night. You don’t have to wait until you’re completely burnt out to make a change. The sooner you start, the sooner your whole family can rest.

I only take a few in-home support clients per month and my schedule books out fast. If you think in-home support is for you, don’t delay in contacting me now!

Families must first book a 15 minute evaluation call to be considered for In-Home Support

So, what’s next? Let’s get you started!

Step 1: Schedule an evaluation call

We’ll start with a 15-minute call so I can learn more about you, your baby, and your goals. This also gives us a chance to see if my support is the right fit for your family.

Step 2: Complete Your Questionnaire

You’ll fill out a short questionnaire that helps me understand your baby’s current feeding and sleep patterns. This gives me a clear picture of what’s going on so I know how to support your family.  I use this information to create your child’s sleep plan.

Step 3: Plan walk through

We’ll review your child’s support plan either during a live session or via a personalized recording. During the walk through, I’ll explain everything you need to know about our plan of action. And, of course, we can make tweaks and edits to the plan as necessary to ensure it is the right fit for your baby and family.

Step 4: Get Sleep

I will arrive to your home at an agreed upon time, usually between 6-7 p.m. After having some time to settle in and get to know your little one, I will walk through each component of the bedtime routine offering reassurances and recommendations right there. When it is time for your child to go to sleep, I can support you through the process or take over for you so you can wind down. As the work unfolds, I will teach you in live time what your child is doing and what their settling cues are. You will never be wondering “is this right?” because I will be there to assist through challenges and high 5 or hug at success! I will stay at your home until 6-7 am when we will have a debriefing session. Even when I leave your home, I will be available to you via text to support you through the next phases of the process.

Step 5: Celebrate!

We will work together for up to four weeks (for infants) or until your baby is 12 weeks for Newborns. At the end of our time together, you’ll feel more rested, more reassured, and equipped with tools to help your baby sleep well. We will wrap up our time with an ask me anything call to go over any lingering questions and talk through what the future transitions, and the reassurance that I am here for you when you need me!

Do you work with everyone who wants in-home support?

No, I don't. Just like you, I am selective on who I work with and whose home

I go into. I have additional requirements that need to be met for in-home

support families to ensure everyone's safety.

What time will you get to my house?

For overnight support, typically between 6-7 p.m. For daytime support,

I will arrive to your home around 8 a.m.

Are you vaccinated?

Yes, I am fully vaccinated on up to date on all vaccines. The LAST thing I want to do is expose you or your baby to illness. I am very diligent about my health and always err on the side of caution and will reschedule if necessary.

Do I need to cook for you or feed you while you're at my house?

Absolutely not! In fact, please don't go out of your way in any way - don't cook, clean, or do anything you woudlnt already be doing. I will have already eaten or will bring my own food.

Where do you usually sleep for overnights?

I do require a safe place to sleep. Ideally that would be my own bedroom but a couch is fine too. Easy access to the nursery is preferred.

Do I need to be there?

While I do require you there in the beginning and to be physically in the home overnight, you do not need to be present for the work. I will do it all for you if you are comfortable with that!

Will there be times you may need my help?

Yes, definitely, If you are still nursing your baby and it is time for a feed, I will come get you. If I need your assistance to support a nap in a specific way, I will come get you.

Do you help with lactation and feeding support?

I offer basic feeding assistance and support on how to schedule and structure your feeds. However if you have specific feeding needs, I recommend contacting a lactation consultant.

Do you use the cry-it-out method?

No, I do not use Cry It Out. However, crying is involved. The methods I choose for each baby and family are based on the individual needs and goals of the family. â€‹

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes! If you have multiple children needing support at the same time, enjoy a 50% discount on the lower cost plan.

What about twins and multiples?

There is only an additional $50 fee per multiple.
