Welcome,
i am so glad you found me!

Hi, I’m Susan!
I help parents of infants 3 - 23 months go from exhausted and overwhelmed to confident and sleeping through the night (10+ hours) by teaching their babies to sleep independently within 2 weeks without using Cry It Out.

I sleep trained my baby at 7 months (with a consultant!) because we were at rock bottom. I was constantly nursing her to sleep multiple times a night, sometimes as often as every 30 minutes, she wouldn’t sleep in her crib AT ALL, and I would eventually resort to co-sleeping at some point during the night just to get a 2-3 hour stretch of sleep. We were in survival mode.

This is an incredibly common scenario. At this age, sleep for infants becomes more about habits, consistency, timing, and boundaries. Between sitting, crawling, standing, and new awareness, many babies struggle to stay asleep through the night or settle independently. Their nervous system is asking for clear structure and support.

If your baby is healthy and gaining weight appropriately, there is no reason why they can’t sleep through the night for 10-12 hours. What would that do for YOU? With thoughtful guidance, this stage is an opportunity to solidify healthy sleep habits that support both rest and development.
Common Challenges at 7–12 Months:
-
Separation anxiety emerging at bedtime or overnight
-
8/9 month sleep regression
-
Increased or persistent night wakings
-
Difficulty transitioning to two naps
-
Teething pain disrupting sleep patterns
-
Standing in the crib and struggling to settle back down
-
Early morning wakings becoming the norm
-
Reliance on feeding or rocking to fall asleep
-
Inconsistent nap lengths or refusal of the second or third nap
-
Parents unsure how much intervention is appropriate

If you are experiencing any of these challenges, you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Imagine this instead…

-
Your baby falls asleep peacefully (in under 15 minutes) without hours of rocking, feeding, or bouncing.

-
No more waking multiple times through the night. Your baby will be sleeping 10+ hours in less than 2 weeks!

-
Naps become consistently over an hour (maybe even 1.5 - 2 hours!!) and are more predictable leaving your baby happier and calmer during the day.

-
You know exactly when it is time for your baby to sleep, how to adjust for when you go out to brunch with your girlfriends, and how to confidently know your baby has gotten the right amount of sleep they need to thrive.

-
You feel a weight lifted, finally rested and able to soak in the joy of your baby instead of being overwhelmed by exhaustion and worry.
What I do

I’m an experienced sleep coach having worked with dozens of families from all over the world. With your partnership, I gather A LOT of information about your child and their sleep so the recommendations and tweaks we make are intentional and move us closer to our goal. I work very closely with you - communicating nearly every day. I am passionate about ensuring the work that we do is in the best interest of your child and family dynamics. As a mom myself, I know how important it is to be well rested. I am here to make sure we get you and your whole family sleeping through the night so that you can be the best mom for your family.
This is for you if…

-
Your baby is waking frequently at night, taking short or unpredictable naps, or struggling to settle without lots of help.

-
You are having a hard time focusing at work - running on coffee and energy drinks wondering not when but IF things will ever get better.

-
All your energy is being taken up with your baby’s sleep (rather lack there of) and your other children are not getting the attention they need and deserve - managing it all seems impossible

-
You are going back to work soon and are anxious because only you can nurse them to sleep and you are wondering how your baby will get ANY sleep in someone else’s care

-
Your partner is now sleeping on the couch - you never wanted to co-sleep, but are desperate for ANY amount of sleep.
This is not for you if…

-
You’re looking for a one-size-fits-all method without considering your baby’s unique temperament and needs.

-
You want a “fix it in one night” solution—infant sleep is a process, not an instant switch.

-
You’re not ready to make changes to routines, sleep environments, or your current approach.

-
You are co-sleeping and you want to continue to cosleep
In less than two weeks, you and your family will be sleeping through the night (10+ hours!), you will have the energy you need to be the parent you want to be and to do the things you enjoy.
I know you are ready to stop guessing, stop Googling, and stop running on fumes. Together, we’ll create a clear plan and the consistent support you need to make sleep a reality for your family.

So, what’s next? Let’s get you started!

Step 1: Schedule an evaluation call

We’ll start with a 15-minute call so I can learn more about you, your baby, and your goals. This also gives us a chance to see if my support is the right fit for your family.

Step 2: Complete Your Questionnaire

You’ll fill out a short questionnaire that helps me understand your baby’s current feeding and sleep patterns. This gives me a clear picture of what’s going on so I know how to support your family. I use this information to create your child’s sleep plan.

Step 3: Plan walk through

We’ll review your child’s support plan either during a live session or via a personalized recording. During the walk through, I’ll explain everything you need to know about our plan of action. And, of course, we can make tweaks and edits to the plan as necessary to ensure it is the right fit for your baby and family.
Step 4: Get Sleep

We will pick a start date and be on our way to getting everyone sleep! During our work together, I’ll check in on you daily and we will discuss and make changes as necessary ensuring we make progress towards our goals based on how your child is responding. With my coaching support, you will be confident in helping your baby sleep well and responding to their needs.

Step 5: Celebrate!

We will work together for two weeks and at the end of our time together, you’ll feel more rested, more reassured, and equipped with tools to help your baby sleep well. We will wrap up our time with an ask me anything call to go over any lingering questions and talk through what the future transitions, and the reassurance that I am here for you when you need me!
How long will we work together?
With the Standard Program, we will work together for 2 weeks.
With my Premium Program, we will work together for up to 4 weeks.

Does my partner or spouse need to be involved in this?
Ideally, yes. This is so that your baby understands you are a team and that
you have the same expectations and do things the same way.
It can of course be done solo if necessary.

Do you help with lactation and feeding support?
I offer basic feeding assistance and support on how to schedule and structure your feeds. However if you have specific feeding needs, I recommend contacting a lactation consultant.

Will my baby be sleeping through the night?
For healthy babies who weigh more than 13lbs, yes! For some, this may be as young as 3 months old, for others this may come at 6 months. Unless there is a health concern, babies 3+ months do not need more than 1 feeding overnight and once they are 13 lbs they can be fully night weaned. For babies who keep in their night time feeding, we will consolidate to a specific time frame and in most cases that feeding time becomes consistent until no longer needed. Unless there is a health concern, babies older than 6 months will be night weaned for the best interest of the baby.
Do you use the cry-it-out method?
No, I do not use Cry It Out. However, crying is involved. The methods I choose for each baby and family are based on the individual needs and goals of the family.

What happens if my baby hasn’t met our sleep goals at the end of the two weeks?
During our time together, I will be giving you specific recommendations for your baby based on how they are responding to the work so we can make fast and smooth progress and meet our goals as efficiently as possible. However, every baby is different and some may take longer to adjust to the new demands. If we are not where we want to be at the end of our two weeks together, we can extend our work for another week for an additional fee.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! If you have multiple children needing support at the same time, enjoy a 50% discount on the lower cost plan.

What about twins and multiples?
There is only an additional $50 fee per multiple.
